All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. We are a small but growing business and our work is labor intensive thus we have a strict refund policy unless exceptional circumstances occur.
Full Refunds are available - If payment is received and services are requested to be canceled more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation call, a full refund will be issued.
Partial Refunds - If services are requested to be canceled, either: (a) less than 48 hours before initial consultation or (b) after the consultation is conducted but before your onboarding questionnaire is submitted, a refund will be issued, less a $100.00 fee.
No Refunds:
Once your onboarding questionnaire answers have been submitted to Pinnacle, this initiates the process of writing your resume. After your answers are submitted, NO refunds will be issued.
Any refund requested sixty (60) or more days or more following initial payment shall not be given. However, upon review of the circumstances of the requested refund, a credit for future work may be issued at the sole discretion of Pinnacle Career Coaching.
