Onboarding & Submissions

Upon booking your resume writing service, you’ll receive an email to submit your most up to date resume.

In the next 48hrs (working hours) we create a curated onboarding questionnaire.

Questions range from numeric answers through to in-depth analysis of your experience, achievements and any resume gaps

The First Draft

You will receive your first draft inside of 5 working days of your completed questionnaire

We jump on a zoom call (30-45mins) to discuss your feedback of the first draft

We charge $399 per finalized resume - this is a flat fee for people of all levels.

We aim for a new resume within 12-14 business days, this is dependent on how quickly we receive answers from your questionnaire
We cannot guarantee job placement. We will work with you until you’re happy with your final resume and implement revisions within the initial process timeline of 14 business days.
All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. We are a small but growing business and our work is labor intensive thus we have a strict refund policy unless exceptional circumstances occur.
Full Refunds are available - If payment is received and services are requested to be canceled more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation call, a full refund will be issued.
Partial Refunds - If services are requested to be canceled, either: (a) less than 48 hours before initial consultation or (b) after the consultation is conducted but before your onboarding questionnaire is submitted, a refund will be issued, less a $100.00 fee.
No Refunds:
Once your onboarding questionnaire answers have been submitted to Pinnacle, this initiates the process of writing your resume. After your answers are submitted, NO refunds will be issued.
Any refund requested sixty (60) or more days or more following initial payment shall not be given. However, upon review of the circumstances of the requested refund, a credit for future work may be issued at the sole discretion of Pinnacle Career Coaching.
