Pinnacle Career Coaching provides specialist career coaching to professionals in financial services and fintech across the US and UK. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
Your email address, taken from the payment page when you buy a service.
The resume file you choose to upload, along with its original filename.
Your purchase record: the service you bought, the amount and the date.
Basic technical information needed to run and secure the website.
How we use it
To confirm your purchase and send you a private link to upload your resume.
To review your resume and prepare your coaching sessions.
We never sell your personal information, and we do not pass your resume on to anyone else.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we only keep a record of what you bought and when.
How we protect it
Uploaded resumes are stored privately and reached only through the private link issued with your confirmation, which belongs to your purchase alone.
How long we keep it
We keep your resume, purchase record and related correspondence until you ask us to delete them. When you do, we remove them and confirm in writing.
