The terms that apply when you buy a coaching service from us.
Our services
Pinnacle Career Coaching provides career coaching services, including resume writing and mock interviews. We do not act as a recruiter and do not place candidates in roles.
Payment
Services are paid in full, in US dollars, at checkout. Each purchase is a one-time payment; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
What you provide
To start, we need your current resume and, where relevant, the job description for the role you are targeting. You confirm the information you share is accurate and yours to share.
Delivery
Resume writing is typically delivered within about nine working days of your onboarding submission. Mock interviews take place at a time you book with us. Timings depend on you providing information promptly.
Revisions
Your resume includes a round of feedback on the first draft before the final version is delivered.
Cancellations and refunds
If you change your mind before work begins, contact us and we will refund you in full. Once work has started, we will discuss a fair partial refund based on the work completed.
No guarantee of outcome
We give our best advice and work to a high standard, but hiring decisions rest with employers. We cannot guarantee interviews, offers or a particular outcome.
